- Return Policy
●Return Time Limit: You must apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product. If this period is exceeded, we will not be able to process your request.
●Product Condition: The returned product must be new and unused, and the packaging should be intact (including all accessories and gifts). We reserve the right to refuse returns due to damage, use or incomplete packages. - Apply for a Return

●Confirmation Reply: We will contact you as soon as possible after receiving the application to confirm the return application and provide you with the return address and relevant instructions. - Exchange Policy
●Exchange Time Limit: Same as the return policy, you must apply for an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. The exchanged product must be new and unused.
●Out of stock processing: If the product you need to exchange is temporarily out of stock, www.renuwear.com will notify you and you can choose to wait for restocking or exchange it for another product. - Return and exchange fees
●Return shipping: If it meets the return policy, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by the customer. We recommend that you choose a traceable logistics method to ensure the safe delivery of the product.
●Exchange shipping: If the exchange is caused by our error (such as sending the wrong product), www.renuwear.com will bear the round-trip shipping cost. In other cases, the exchange shipping cost must be borne by the customer. - Refund processing
